The videos are available here. All that is required from you is your Easy Rides login and password (call us if you don’t remember them). Each video is an easy to follow walk-through of a particular topic. View them as many times as you want with the ability to pause, fast-forward, rewind or stop as needed.

Emergency Preparedness

Increasingly we find ourselves faced with nature’s fury throughout the country. Hurricanes, floods and other obstacles can cause major impacts to an agencies day-to-day operations. For this reason having a disaster contingency plan is imperative. We spoke this week with Glen Massie in Springfield OH. Their system is currently without electricity because of power outages caused by Tropical Depression Ike. Fortunately, they were prepared with backup generators to prevent service disruptions. They also keep backups of their Easy Rides Database on hand in the event of an emergency. This is good planning in case a disaster was to damage equipment or force them to relocate.

If an agency, for some reason had to relocate, as long as they had their data backed up on a thumb drive and access to an Internet connection, Mobilitat can get them back up and running in a matter of minutes. We know how stressful transit can be at the best of times and we are always ready to help keep your Easy Rides system up and running when disaster strikes.
